Depends on the moment... and by the way I don't see Bluegrass or Romanian Funeral dirges up there.

I love many different types of music but my favorite is R&B/Soul from the 60s. first got introduced to Otis Redding and Aretha Franklin, but now I love people like O.V. Wright and Ann Peebles.

I've recently discovered a band called Harry and The Potters... It's hilarious because they sing about the Harry Potter books and they kinda can't sing too good. It's funny though. If you want to hear them go to their my space website

haha, this Harry and Potters is great!!!!

BTW, rap music. I heard that music with rhythm should be skipped because it has destructive effect, so I like to listen to classical music sometimes, and I find it relaxing, and I feel better after listening to it.

But mostly, I listen to rap. I love it, it made lyrical revolution. (you have to listen to rap a long time to find this out). I like so called beats(the background music for raping)...

For me it's all about mood
My genre's vary to what is called "emo" (never have liked the word since all music is emotional and to think of a certain sound as being emotional/overly emotional is ridiculous) bands like fall out boy, panic! at the disco, and the rocket summer to rap artists like 2pac, Sage Francis, etc.

I even dab in metal, punk, country, techno, anything and everything

It's like that Red Hot Chili Peppers song

"And I know, I know for sure
That life is beautiful around the world"

Life and music being interchangeable of course ^_^
