I'm interested in finding a parallel between the character Medea in the play of the same name by Euripedes and another female character in one of the literary classics who also commits mariticide. Does anyone know of any such characters? I'm sure there must be at least one--if not several--classic novels that involve spousal homicide, but I am coming up empty in my searching. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ally, I don't have an answer for you, but I'm bumping up your thread and maybe someone else can help.
