Tossing and turning all night long
(a woman called me 'Precious')
. . . . Where did I go wrong?
You do understand don't you? A man doesn't like to think of himself as 'precious'!
Now the avatar thing . . .when I joined all the good avatars were taken and I didn't know how to import one.
. . . so I thought to myself, 'I'll get a tatoo!' . . . but, after thinking a little longer, I realized a tatoo isn't the macho symbol it used to be. (my step-daughter has THREE and I have none!)
So I guess I need help.
Precious as in up yourself, or precious as in a jewel?
Dude, it's really cute that you're worrying about this.
Adorable. Very sweet.
(uh-oh...)
What a... Hmmmm, what's the word I'm looking for? What a nice guy.
Jjorge -- I am laughing so hard, it is hard to type. Maybe if the baby had a tattoo?
jjorge- Now any guy can pick an avatar that looks like Arnold Schwartzenegger. It takes a man of taste, discernment, maturity, and a great sense of personal self worth to go running around on a website with a pumpkin on his head!
Maybe if you mentioned frequently that you were an ex-Marine? That's got a tough-guy image.
These people are very cruel....
People on A2K are not cruel. Friendly, loving, and supportive doesn't equate anything close to 'cruel.' Just friendly pursuasion. c.i.
don't worry jjorge, "precious" is code for "what a sweet dork!"

What's that supposed to mean RABBIT?
Ah, jjorge, don't change your avatar! It's sweet!

You've got the darling pumpkin baby. You've got Emily Dickinson for your signature. You're obviously going to attract every woman on A2K! What's the problem here?
hm-m-m-m-m-m . . . . . . (thinking) . . .
