Some characters are immortal, aren't they? While we read through the works they are present in, its like as if they are coming alive through the pages

1. What made you love that character?
2. How does that character inspire you?
3. Have you inculcated some of that character's traits?
4. How do you identify yourself with that character?

Hmm, dont know about identifying with the characters but the ones that stick in my mind as none ive encountered before are Heathcliff and Cathy from Wuthering Heights.
The story wasnt at all what i expected and neither of the characters acted in the manner i thought they would. Its a great story which seem sto be about unrequited love, so I suppose I can sympathise with that.

Also Albertine and the guy from Traumenovell/eEyes wide shut.Very modern and different to anything Id ever read, being very frank about their lives and feelings. The other end of the spectrum to Wuthering heights.
If im ever thinking about relationships I think 'is this really what I want?'

All characters pop into my head every now and again and i wonder what theyd do in certain situations.
