The woman in this story is suing her drug dealer.
This certainly is an interesting twist on a drug story. She suffered liver, heart, and kidney problems.
Perhaps if more drug users were to sue their dealers maybe it might make a dint in sales.
What's your take on this?

Well if it gets up it will certainly perk up the old Donoghue v Stevenson example. No snails in gingerbeer in this one.
I doubt it if she would get judgement. Interesting though.
Yes, I'm sure you're right about the judgement thing, but I thought it was a different take on the problem.
I mean if every drug user were to charge their dealers, the courts would be flooded with cases.
Although, if one buys a legal product and it does you some harm, you could probably sue the manufacterer.
Of course, in the case of narcotics, who would know who the makers were?
Just a thought anyways....
