Import lotions/cosmetics

Hello everyone..

My question is as follow,, I am planing on importing, Lotions,Creams and cosmetics from England...will my products need some type of documentation to satisfy govmt health regulations upon entry?? if so what will be needed ??? and do the shippers of these types of products know what to send for documents.??? what is the procedure the govmt follows once the products arrive.?.ex. tests,. thank you

In short, yes you will need this documentation. HM Revenue and Customs can help you. If you go to their website, they will be able to tell you more. Expect to lose a couple of your product as samples. They can be returned if requested.

I am of course assuming that you are importing into England. If you are importing to somewhere else FROM England, you need to provide more details.
