TODAY is my birthday! I am 51.
I refuse to be one of those people who doesn't celebrate birthdays. I have survived this long...I owe myself something. And I'm going to make the most of it.
I always declare a "Personal Indulgence Day" on my birthday. For one day, I refuse to do anything that I don't want to do. I eat whatever I please. I sleep late if I feel like it. I treat myself to whatever appeals.
And today is my day.
So..........indulge me!
