Cold FX worked for me. I was on vacation in Montreal where I had a cold and my sister told me about this product. I was very sceptical but it turned out that the symptomes stopped after 2 days and I was able to practice intense sport after the first day I started to take the called attack dose. Since I live in France where Cold FX is not available, I need to try the echinacea and hope it will provide same results. Maybe a mixture of echinacea and Ginseng would be best?!
