Is it the soil or the lack of teeth which excites you the most?

Be honest.

Diane, men go into cardiac arrest when they thinking about a threesome with two women, not a threesome where they're one of two guys. Or, maybe in this case.....

Are we talking about an avatar threesome? A farmer and two dogs.

Count me in.

There is a synergistic multiplication of desire there. The hole is truly greater than some of its parts.

Wow littlek, shows how out of touch I am. I used to know about menages au trois, not that i knew anything from personal experience...

There are many ways to read that comment.

Glitterbag, keep your doggies safe--don't allow them time on a2k. You never know who you will run into.
(How is Sadie doing?)

Hi Diane,
Sadie has been put on a protocol of prednisone to determine if the problem is in the discs or is actually a degenerative myleopathy disorder. She is responding well to the meds, but it makes her drink lots of water and off course pass a lot of water all in good time. But this is a good thing, she has better control of her back legs, can actually wag her tail a little more enthusiastically, and is back in the business of arranging my day for me. She still can't seem to actually sit on her haunches..........so I will have to wait to hear from the neurologist to see if it needs surgery. She has at least 6 bulging discs in her back, 4 of which the doc believes are causing the pain and he suspects another one or two in her neck may be causing her problems. Looks like we will be doing another MRI. Hopefully I will hear something from the specialist today. Thanks for asking. GB

Oooh, glitter, sorry to hear about Sadie. We're a little off-topic, but my Boo, as seen in my avatar, has degenrative nerve disease and can't really use her rear legs at all any more. I'm glad to hear that your Sadie may have a better prognosis.

littlek, have you had a second opinion about this. The first neurologist washed his hands and basically gave her a death sentence. If you are on the East Coast, there are at least 3 University Veterinary Programs that I can recommend. One's in Redding, another in Virginia and one at NC State, North Carolina. I took Sadie to a neurologist with a very good rep up in Westminster, Md. Let me know if you want me to send you anything via email. Sometimes the Doc's give up too soon.

Glitter, I am in the Boston area. We have Angell Memorial - a fantastic emergency vet hospital. There were all sorts of tests that could have been done with Boo, but I don't have the money for it. I'm in debt just handling her issues now. Ebveryone was pretty well convinced, including me, that it was the degenerative nerve disease.

I know, sometimes it really is what it is. What bothered me was the docs saying she wasn't in pain and I could tell she was......that's why I had to take the extra mile.

And I could tell Boo wasn't. She still seems not to be. But, she's so dang stoic it'd be hard to tell.
