I know money is the root of all evil
Do funny things to some people
Give me a nickel, brother can you spare a dime
Money can drive some people out of their minds

P-funk...best concert I ever saw. The room was filled with pot smoke, and Bootsy was wearing a diaper. Classic.
Bootsy never wore the diaper. It was one of the other 45 or 50 crazoids onstage.

You are absolutely right, eoe. It wasn't him in the diaper. In my defense, I was focusing on the two bouncing female asses in front of me for a lot of the show, so I may not be the most reliable person when it comes to what exactly was happening on the stage. But what a great concert.

Johnny rosin up your bow
And play your fiddle hard
Cause hell's broke loose in Georgia
And the devil deals the cards
And if you win
You get this shiny fiddle made of gold
But if you lose, the devil gets your soul

Oh yeah. I remember Bohannon. Can't remember the name of the cut that was popular in the clubs, tho.

I liked anything by The Bee Gees. Donna Summer, too, brings back a lot of memories. Her hit song was hot in 1979, when I was dating my wife. It was always playing on the radio.
