Claude Morton from Birds of Prey TV series (bio)

Claude Morton was a former policeman from Bludhaven, who moved to Gotham City. He became a partner of Jesse Reese. He was actually a metahuman with the ability to sense other super-powered beings and copy their powers. Despite his metahuman origin, he hated being a metahuman. He decided to kill other metahumans, so he will be a normal human. He also tried to assure Reese, that all metahumans are dangerous. He later fought with Huntress and could easily win, if not her friends from No Man's Land club and Dinah Redmond. They overpowered Morton and he lost his powers. Still not wishing to live in a world with a freaks, he jumped from the roof to his death.
