Silas "Slick" Waters from Birds of Prey TV series (bio)

Silas Waters nicknamed "Slick" was the metahuman criminal with the ability to turn into a liquis like subsctance, which resembled a water. It is unknow how he got this powers (by birth or through some events). At one point, he was hired by Dr. Harleen Quinzel to kill policemen, who were standing in a way of her plans. His last target was Jesse Resse. However, thanks to the interfention of the superheroine Huntress (Helena Kyle), Slick didn't managed to kill him. Slick later went to warehouse with other thugs, where he was found by Hutress and Reese. Slick was eventually killed by Huntress, who used fire-like weapon, knowing from previous time, that Slick is sensitive to heat.
