36. To solve for x-intercepts, set y=0
3x^2+3(0)-12(0)=0
x^2=0
x=0
The x-intercept is (0,0)

To solve for y-intercepts, set x=0
3(0)+3y^2-12y=0
y(y-4)=0
y=0 and y=4
The y-intercept is (0,0) or (0,4)
