Why do you think a static IP prevents you from using a proxy server?

Google anonymous proxy and follow the directions in how to use one.

Rapidshare
I'm using internet in my university
Therefore, my computer has to pass through my university's gate way to get into the internet.
So my IP is always the university's IP and of course I can't change it
So if there are many students in the university using rapidshare, it block the IP immediately. That's why I can't download files from rapidshare
Anyone can help me ? Please

Do exactly as parados suggested and rapidshare will see your connection as coming from the anonymous proxy instead of your Univ. proxy and they won't lock you out...
