After last night's whomping of the Patriots for the GIANTS' third win in pre-season, my sister sent the following text to me:
The GIANTS are like the WORST boyfriend ever. They're the boy you love more than anything even though he's a complete **** up, and he is always promising to be better. And you fall for it. Then he breaks your heart by not living up to the promises, but you know the cycle will keep happening, because you really, really want to believe that he will be better. So you give him another chance each time. So here I am ******* falling for it. ******* willing to believe they are going to be better. Again. LOL.
She has my heartfelt sympathies. They do know how to disappoint their fans.
But...maybe this year it is different!

They seldom fail to disappoint, Reg. Seldom.
They do have a horrible schedule...THE toughest in the league. We'll see what they do with it. Sure have a lot of quarterbacks to deal with. Gonna be interesting to see who gets dealt.
I'm kinda hoping your Patriots get their **** together this year. They have been terrible for the last two.
@Frank Apisa,

That could be the toughest division (Dallas, Washington and SB champ Philadelphia) in the NFL this year. I do have a feeling the Commanders take a step back though, and Dallas is exceptional at inexplicable implosion. AND, the Eagles did have their own implosion the year after their 2018 SB win.
@Frank Apisa,
My prediction this season in the NFC East (Division) is:
1. Philadelphia Eagles
2. Washington Commanders
3. Dallas Cowboys
4. New York Giants (in Last Place)
