Why Skylar Grey sounds so horrible???

I wondered about her after listening to a newer song, before listening I started to read a comment under the video from a guy, he wrote only good stuff and really I was exited but then I listened and it was so trashy... don't know if he was payed to wrote this comment or something but everything her voice, dress and beats are below average pop level imo. I couldn't listen to the end.
