Seriously it means nothing. You have been reading or watching tv about pregnancy. Or someone you know is pregnant. Its just mind-garbage. It MEANS nothing.

I could mean long life. I dream a lot that I'm pregnant, and I was told this.

I thought it was something to do with mushrooms

well, some mushrooms are expensive - like them truffles. Maybe Bella will find a truffle field and become rich, starting a whole new truffle business. THAT's what the dream meant!
