Need advice on how best to sell an eLearning procut

I have an opportunity to take over sales for an online product that enables a new employee to get up to speed quickly. Historically, we have sold to large corporations and our costs to sell eroded margins. Is anyone aware of intelligence/resources that would guide me devising the right approach to sell this efficiently?
