Transcendental realism refers to a philosophical position that combines elements of realism and transcendentalism. It asserts the existence of a mind- independent reality while also recognizing the role of the mind in shaping our understanding of that reality. Transcendental realists argue that there are aspects of reality that are beyond our direct perception, but can be known only through rational inquiry and introspection. This perspective emphasizes the importance of both empirical evidence and philosophical reflection in gaining knowledge about the world. Transcendental realism is a philosophical approach that considers the world as a whole, existing independently either finite or infinite. This form of realism espouses a viewpoint that examines the existence of casual powers governed by universal laws of nature in data analysis. It reflects the state of things as they are, rather than as they are imagined. Transcendental realities are not known directly through ordinary experiences, only through extraordinary states of consciousness
