I'm having trouble following the chain of events here. Why did you call the cops? But then before that, you say you were picked up...?

I have no idea why you were in a hospital for 6 months for what was, perhaps, an involuntary commitment. I highly doubt it was just because you were barefoot. And if it was about the fight, it was probably for more than just yelling.

But I am not a doctor, and you're entitled to medical privacy. You don't have to write that here if you don't want to.

Of course, you don't have to watch wrestling if you don't want to. And, you don't have to hang around with them. Practice saying, "Sorry, not interested." Or "No, thanks, I've got a book I want to read."

I called the cops because at the moment I was so angry and because I didn't have a place to go. We were pushing and yelling at each other and so I ran out of the house. The cops told me to go to the hospital because my mom didn't want me back in the house.
