Email deleted and can't get into second accound anymore

Hello, I had two FB accounts, a Normal One and a Professional Photo page. I've decided to only stick with the Photo Page and deleted the normal account from Facebook. Now however I cant get in the Photo page anymore. Facebook says that the provided email is not in the database. (Yes both accounts used the same email).
I tried the three dots/recover account way but nope I don't get a code send to my email... I contacted FB support but... They ignored it, no reply (what else is new) and last I have no second security person installed to give me a code... That were the tree possible recovery option I found online...
Does anyone else here knows how I can get back into my Photo Account ??? Tnx in advance for your time and help...
