Good afternoon, I have been seeing neurologists for 6 years now with complaints of generalized tremor of the whole body - they have always attributed it to an anxiety disorder. But now new symptoms have been added, which were added a couple of months ago:
1. noticed that when blinking, one eyelid lags behind, then the other. (Attached photos and videos) The lag is not so noticeable, but it is visible in slow motion.
2 muscle stiffness throughout the body, especially after physical activity. I feel like I’m very tired, periodically muscle cramps, twitching (previously labeled as “benign fasciculations”)
3. Stretching out the lips with a tube, brings them together for a couple of seconds, then releases them and everything is ok.
4. The smile and movement of the facial muscles are normal, but sometimes it seems as if the face is “tired”.
5. A couple of times a year, after intense physical activity, I experienced a “crisis”; visual fields fell out for half an hour, goosebumps in the eyes, anisocoria in the eyes. One pupil is smaller than the other. Chalked it up to blood pressure...and overtraining
Regarding surveys and versions:
1) yes, I’m anxious and suspicious, but I don’t have and haven’t had any severe stress - everything is normal, I tried drinking blood pressure, it didn’t help
2) I have been doing MRI of the head, neck and spinal cord for 6 years - no changes, the last MRI was 2 months ago
3. all electrolytes and blood biochemistry are ok
4. Kfk ok
5. I took a test for neuromuscular diseases, everything was ok, nothing.
6. ENMG has deviations (attached file)!
7. The father has a family history of parkinson’s (he is 58, stage 1)
Now I don’t take any medications, my illness is the initial stage of hypertension 140/80, I do physical exercise, healthy lifestyle
I’ll be very glad to hear any versions/suggestions, I’ve been looking for a clue for 6 years now, but I haven’t found Dr. House yet.

@Djdjcjc,
Obviously you’ve seen several medical specialists and you should continue doing so. That is your best avenue to pursue. Inexpert non-medical replies on the Internet will offer nothing useful or productive.
