1. $1MM a year until either Clarence Thomas or John Oliver dies. Paid from John Oliver's own money and not HBO.
2. a luxury motorcoach., valued at @$2.5MM.
All that if Clarence Thomas resigns IMMEDIATELY from the USSC.

The offer is said to expire 30 days from the airing of that episode (this past Sunday I believe).
