Appearing and Disappearing matter within the cosmos

Matter is presently appearing and disappearing into multiple holes all over the cosmos at varying timescales and the electromagnetic fields that saturate the cosmos in which these holes reside still remains.This is observed.

I am therefore intrigued to know why scientists claim that matter appeared from a single point and will disappear into a single point and that the electromagnetic fields came after the matter appeared.A claim that hasn’t been observed.
