What to do about this colleague?

Do you share an HR department? Complain to them and use the 4 cases where she made claims about you and lost all four times.

Even if you don't share an HR department, find her HR department and still report her excessive, errant complaints. Maybe she needs to be transferred or forced into a different work shift that doesn't mesh with yours.

Thanks I have really tried to avoid her I have done everything what i have been asked. But she is gossiping about me to other staff members.

I'm sure they already realize (or will soon) what a nutter she is.

of them and d) as a last resort.

a) avoid her whenever you can
b) involve management and HR
c) consult an attorney regarding defamation of character and slandering
d) look for a different job

Thanks for the good advice. Now I am anxious to walk around the building alone (Outside the office) as she will make stories up again. I have tried to avoid her as much as possible and will not be in a room alone with her. Management have told her not to use the office canteen to use the warehouse canteen but she ignores them and walks into the office canteen. She also lurks around the office door when it is my break times hoping to catch me alone then she will run to management again with stories.
