This is not for the gathering flock of screeching seagulls who have flown in and are craping all over my posts, but for those who are seeking truth and browsing this thread.
Moses, who was the adopted grandson of Pharaoh and who would have been afforded the best education in the country, may have been initiated into the circle of the guardians of the sacred secrets.
In Ancient Egyptian religion, long before the birth of Moses, Ptah was the God that called everything into existence. He was also regarded as the father of the human sage Imhotep,
(a profound philosopher) who was later deified and became a god.
This was about the time that Enoch, who was distinguished for his wisdom, was said to have been taken up by the Most-High in the creation and anointed as his heir and successor and translated in order that he should never have to experience death.
Enoch was the earthly son of ‘
JARED’ which Hebrew name means ‘
DESCENDING’, and it was in the days of
Jared=Descending that the sons of God abandoned their own original habitat and came down and defiled themselves with the daughters of man.
From the Last testament of Reuben to his children concerning the pre-flood union of the women with those Sons of God;
“For thus they allured the Watchers who were before the flood; for as these continually beheld them, they lusted after them, and they conceived the act in their mind; for they changed themselves into the shape of men, and appeared to them when they were with their husbands. And the women lusting in their minds after their forms, gave birth to giants, for the Watchers appeared to them as reaching even unto heaven.
It was not in the days of Enoch that the sons of God abandoned their original habitat, but in the days of Enoch’s physical father ‘Jared,’ which name, according to Young’s Analytical concordance, means ‘
Descending.’
Jubilees 4: 15-16; And in the second week of the tenth jubilee [449-55 A.M.] Mahalalel took unto him to wife DinaH, the daughter of Barakiel the daughter of his father’s brother, and she bare him a son in the third week in the sixth year, [461 A.M.] and he called his name Jared, for in his days the angels of the Lord descended on the earth, those who are named the
Watchers=Observers, that they should instruct the children of men, and that they should do judgment and uprightness on the earth. .
And in the eleventh jubilee [512-18 A.M.] Jared took to himself a wife, and her name was Baraka, the daughter of Rasujal, a daughter of his father’s brother, in the fourth week of this jubilee, [522 A.M.] and she bare him a son in the fifth week, in the fourth year of the jubilee, and he called his name Enoch. And he was the first among men that are born on earth who learnt writing and knowledge and wisdom etc.
Verse 21-23; And he was moreover with the angels of God these six jubilees of years, and they showed him everything which is on earth and in the heavens, the rule of the sun, and he wrote down everything. And he testified to the Watchers, who had sinned with the daughters of men; for these had begun to unite themselves, so as to be defiled, with the daughters of men, and Enoch testified against (them) all. And he was taken from amongst the children of men, and we conducted him into the Garden of Eden in majesty and honour, and behold there he writes down the condemnation and judgment of the world, and all the wickedness of the children of men. And on account of it (God) brought the waters of the flood upon all the land of Eden.
