how do i know if i'm an administrator

I created a community facebook page. When I try to invite members it says I'm not an administrator. I log on as my personal account but I don't see an icon for my new page even though it exits. How do I log onto my new page?

I think it might be a good idea to get a hold of the administrator about this.
