Each of the sides of buildings in NYC must be inspected every five years.
Must scaffolding be used, or is it permissible to use a drone instead?
Is there a time limit for how long the scaffolding may stay up?

Scaffolding is not allowed, nor are drones.
The only acceptable ways are stilts, spacehoppers and/or trampolines.

What about pogo sticks? I think they'd be very useful at getting an eye on any crumbling concrete. And fun, too!
