1. What where the claims made against you?
2. Did somebody investigate ( visit you ) and did you agree to visitations?
3. Was there a police officer in the process of the removal? You could always say no upon what grounds? even if a police officer shows up you could still say no to entry by anybody at all.
If you have full custody of your children, and they are being taken from your home via the state their must be a logical reason.
So far you have said "Your own family" played a card against you, but you have not stated that card at all.
Usually in various cases if you "agree" to certain things or could provide "evidence" via such reason.

If a CPS worker visit you and finds some sorta evidence that supports the claims then it is possible for that worker report to lead to a removal. You could also refuse that particular worker and have it shifted to another person. Even with the limitations of religious preferences, etc....
If you have Union it is possible to use those law services for free or little payment. You also have law interns as well.
