Eagles v Chiefs in the Super Bowl

Chiefs -- JPB, lmur, Maxine, Ragman, Rhys, and Ticomaya
Eagles -- Eski and euroceltic

If the Chiefs win, lmur and Tico will tie with 26 points.
If the Eagles win, Eski will win it outright.

I neglected to ask for a tie-breaker. We'll need one if the Chiefs win.
So, lmur and Tico, please predict the score of the game.

Iggles look like they are gonna go all the way, FM. That is the way I had it scoped out from the beginning, but I decided to blow my load on the Giants. I kinda knew they had no chance, but I luvs them.

Gonna have to root for the Eagles...although that is almost as difficult for me as rooting for the Cowboys. But, I am thinking this makes NFC East look very good. And I can always say my beloved Giants were knocked out by the Super Bowl champs if Pilly wins.

Am happy to drive over the cliff รก la Thelma and Louise.

If Thelma isn't prepared to do that, 31-21.

Sadly, the winner of the Super Bowl will have more wins in Arizona than the Cardinals this season. Sad

Oh, yeah. I definitely smoked the ceegar you graciously sent after our last bet. As much as I try to keep a few in a humidor for aging purposes, I tend to smoke my sticks pretty quickly.

Chefs FTW!!!

We have a bet! One Churchill-size Ceegar to the winner. If Iggles win, you win. If Chefs win, I win.

I really hate the long break between the conference finals and the Super Bowl.

The Pro Bowl clown show only makes it worse.

I watched the Pro Bowl show for the first time in about 10 years. Just wanted to see what the new set-up was all about.

Actually enjoyed some of it. Seems like the pro-bowlers were enjoying it also.

I am expecting a terrific Super Bowl this year. Two good teams.

I am just now gonna watch the bullshit parts...like half-time.

An all-star game such as the Pro Bowl should be a chance to see the best
playing the best. The Pro Bowl has always failed to present this. Players want
the distinction of being named to the Pro Bowl for sure. But because there
is a very real risk of getting injured in a meaningless game, they didn't want to
actually play. Can't blame them. So, what to do?

It seems the league has decided to have a fun-filled day of games that belong
at a backyard barbecue. Amusing, but not a "Pro Bowl". Let's just call it
"Futzing Around with the Stars".

@George,
What clinched it for me is seeing them in street clothes with no helmets, pads or any gear at all, etc.

Sounds good to me. Just have a Pro Bowl announcement...and invite all the pro bowl electees to a "Futzing around" party...and televise it for people who have nothing else to do.
