With effect from now, this clinic will not be a panel clinic of Corporate Insurance.

Is the above notice correct and grammatical?

I would say:

As of now, ...

or

Effective immediately, ...

People normally say with immediate effect, or effective immediately, as opposed to with effect from now.

However, it's not wrong, personally I would remove the comma after now, and I have idea what a panel clinic is supposed to be.
