Working for a chain corporation in a blue state.
The General Manager and Manager both work at this store. They both brought guns to work, one of them brought it inside, and wore it on themselves under their shirt. Aside from obvious rule breaking and endangering everyone there, is there a lawsuit that can be filed against the corporation?
If so, is this a solid enough case where a lawyer would do this pro bono, in hopes of getting a % of the lawsuit?
They have cameras, this would have been recorded, and I can get them on tape admitting to this (it is legal to record here).
@LawSuitQuestion,
Able2Know does not give legal or medical advice, it's against t.o.s.
Contact a lawyer and good luck.
@LawSuitQuestion,
No idea, but if it's illegal, you can report it to the police or upper management.
@Mame,
But reporting it doesn't do anything for the old bank account.

There are 50 separate sets of laws with each state having their own versions of what is and what isn't legal.
Plus... what was already stated regarding this site's TOS/Terms of Service and not allowing users to give out legal advice.
@roger,
What bank account? Wasn't he just talking about managers carrying guns to work?
@tsarstepan,
Yes, he should call the police and ask them - as you said, state laws differ. They might want to know about it. He could do it from a burner phone or TIPS.

I was talking about the bank account that might be fattened by a successful law suit. Just in case that was a motivation.
@roger,
That went right over my head!
@roger,
Maybe the motivation was not to have some gun nut threatening people.
@izzythepush,
If that were the case, he could just call the police.
