I have an open CPS investigation. My child told the worker that they're uncomfortable with the yelling and fighting in their household between family members. Nothing ever involves the child. Should this be concerning?

Talk to your lawyer.
CPS investigations are important and the consequences can be far-reaching. This is not the time to go cheap.
Hire a lawyer if you haven't already. This is not the time to be cherry picking advice off the internet.
