Thru her work, my American wife is friends with an Arabic woman. I saw some of their texts the other day. The Arabic woman refers to my wife as "sugar", "cutie" and "Angel". She also uses the word "love" a lot. None of these terms are referencing direct feelings toward my wife. This woman is married and has young children. My wife sometimes refers to her as "dear" in her return texts. Should I be concerned, or are Arabic women just heavy on the terms of endearment?

No idea. Why don't you ask your wife if she uses those terms on other women at work?
