What should I do?

I have fallen in love once. I remember seeing that person for the first time. I felt nothing. If i hadn't eventually knew that person well I would never have that feeling. But it didn't work out. This was 6 years ago. To keep the story short, the last years are not being easy for me and I barely get attracted to a woman. I was starting to think that something was wrong. Until I met her. She is a receptionist and I barely talk to her. I only see her 2 times a week at her job but I feel something that I never felt, that every time i see her is right. I don't think I believe in fate and i find very stupid the idea of having feelings someone you almost don't know. Yet I am here writing this at 4 am because I can't sleep and I will see her again monday. I want to really have a conversation with her and I don't know how can I do it.
