Well, since it's raining, I can't/won't clean up the garden today, but I am making a spicy pot roast and some strawberry ricotta blintzes in cannelloni tubes. Then I'm going to read a book and stay off any media with funeral-related information.

I felt the same way when George died and they crowned Elizabeth. I got so fed up hearing about it. And we didn't even have TV.
