Some virus or someone got into my facebook account and posted sexual content that led facebook to block me and more later to disable the same account. I've lost all my data from 2010 to the present, it seems that when an account is disabled because of sexual content its disabled for good. I've tried to create a new one but mins later gets disabled as well. It's been a nightmare. There's not a form to appeal and try to explain the issue to facebook?

it sounds like you're in FB jail... apparently through no fault of your own.

It's been seven days already. The only option you have it's to upload your ID document to facebook to confirm that you're the legit owner of that account. But that option doesn't help cause it's only if you think the published content wasn't bad at all. I know was bad. But again... not my fault, but to facebook you're the one to blame... account disabled... case closed.
Maybe consider dropping FB altogether?

I just use it to stay in touch with some friends and family mostly. A lot of them doesn't use Skype or WhatsApp. But its a way.
Posting sexual content will get your account disabled permanently. Probably blocked your IP address as well. Might have to change your router and get a new IP address and set up a new account or you can try to dispute it with Facebook again. Most likely they won't respond.
