Hi all,
Am 31yr old men, my issue is lack of pleasure in sex. I don't feel anything at the time of ejaculation & my erection is also normal. I don't have any medical conditions and my body weight is normal. I have libido and desire to have sex is normal.
Currently am outside my native county and will visit my family soon.
One of my friend recommended to have Peruvian maca and panax ginseng as a solution. I researched on internet and came to know that both herbs function are different. Awaiting your response ☺️
note :1 do smoke 1 cigarette per day and occasional drinker.

Quit smoking (it affects bloodflow, which is directly related to erections and ejaculation) and stop looking for untested herbs on the internet.
And, consider your experiences and your partners. Maybe you need to be in love. Maybe you need roleplaying. Maybe you're more attracted to men.

we are in good relationship, i think my office job pressure may have a role in it
