Ignore Feature not on Facebook Messenger anymore

I can no longer "ignore" individual chats and group chats on my messenger app on my iphone anymore, to send them to my spam folder. I also can't do it at messenger.com. I switched to another account and the option was available, so it's something about my account. It's frustrating because I can't join too many group chats without them clogging up my inbox. Does anyone know why the ignore feature is no longer available to me?
