I saw this today in reference to a teen that was reported missing...it said "Missing with Complications"... Then I saw another one this was an adult that was missing with complications. There is no explanation of what this is..so what is this when someone is missing with complications?

I am ignorant of this, too. Never heard of 'complications' in that context.

I suspect violent behaviour is alleged by someone.

I could see that but why not say it...meaning give more details..to me putting out a missing persons is to try to get people to report it to find the person, but if violence is involved wouldn't they want the public to know so no one else could potentially be hurt?

Well, they certainly don't need to add to the confusion. "Complicaations" indeed
Maybe not all of them is missing, they might have left a foot behind.
