LESS THAN zero is contradiction of zero's meaning. therefore (-1) is a fallacy. you can't take 1 away from 0; as zero means none, not any, no 1 left to take. zero is impervious to subtraction by it's nature. the statement (-1) apparently coming into being from subtracting 1 where it doesn't exist in 0 is an err that completely disregards the meaning of 0. if anything can be correct about (-1), it must be that zero was stated in error, meaning (-1) actually = 1; which of course is what this is all about........ that there's no such thing as (-1)
@fundamental error,
Good luck telling that to your bank manager.
@fundamental error,
The square root of -1 is imaginary too I believe.
@fundamental error,
Welcome to the world of natural numbers.
@fundamental error,
True that there no such 'thing' as minus 1, but kudos to the inventor(s) for the idea. Similarly for the square root 0f -1, the basis of complex numbers.
