People like all sorts of weird stuff, normal is as normal does.
There is nothing wrong with having a fantasy as long as you don't put yourself in harm's way, by having a non starting car in an area where you're not safe.

It might be useful to you to find out what it is about your "car not starting". Is it a sense of danger? A feeling of helplessness? Knowing might make your sex life better without needing a car.
My car is cold natured and I have more trouble during the winter than summer

Cold weather can wreak havoc on female bladder control. Many women I know complain that they feel like they are going to pee when they go from warm to cold and vice versa. Perhaps this is the sensation you are feeling.
