Our third meeting “How to deal with Covid-19?" was held in February 2022.
This followed our first two meetings, “How does Covid-19 affect us?” held in June 2021, and our second meeting “What are the precautions to take to avoid being infected?” held in September 2021.
Does "This was followed by our first two meetings" mean the same as "This followed our first two meetings?

No; it doesn't make sense to have the third meeting followed by the first two meetings. "This [third meeting] followed our first two meetings" is correct.
