Our third meeting “How to deal with Covid-19?" was held in February 2022.
This followed our first meeting, “How does Covid-19 affect us?” held in June 2021, and our second meeting “What are the precautions to take to avoid being infected?” held in September 2021.
Does "This followed" fit well in the context? If not, could "This is preceded by" work?
Thanks.

I would use "This was preceded by...", and add some commas in there.
Our third meeting
entitled “How to deal with Covid-19?" was held in February 2022. Or put a comma before and after the title. Same for the rest of the paragraph.
