Vibrant Media intelliTXT?

I'm seeing a lot of green words with single/double underlined links that shows up as a tooltip with "sponsored link" as a title. When I clicked "what is this?" the webpage that shows up is called Vibrant Media. I'm just wondering if this is part of the site? Or is it some adware that I have gotten on my computer, since I have had the ABI network adware for the past 2 days and just (seem to) got rid of it.
