I was wondering if there is institution who can really help homeless and can live independently. Now a days many people are suffering, no food, no home, no Job.

Where? In the US? What state and city? Many cities have help programs.

Yes, there certainly is, they called countries with compassion, socialist, communist countries. The usa is NOT such a "nation". China is but they can't help all the homeless in the usa and other western kleptocratic nations.
