You're probably fine. Condoms have a good rate of preventing pregnancy with ejaculate. You didn't have much (without an orgasm, you can still emit precum and yes, it can have sperm in it).
And, even though you didn't ask, I am going to suggest something to you.
If this incident leads to such nerves and terror in you, then I submit to you that no matter what your body may be telling you, you are
not ready for sex.
I would also strongly encourage you to start reading about your body and about birth control so you better understand the risks of not just pregnancy but STDs.
Knowledge is power, and it will make you a lot less anxious.
