Does the first sentence mean that I have more than one brother, while the second one means that I have only one brother?

Should it be "mean", as the preceding verb is "mean"?

Thanks.

"Means" is correct. The verb in the second clause follows the singular subject, "second one".

Does the black bird sing two notes, while the green one sings a four note pattern?
