1. My wish is that all of you will do well in the final-year exams.
2. I wish all of you will do well in the final-year exams.

a) In the first sentence, is "will" optional?
b) Is the second sentence correct?

I think "hope" is the proper verb to use, not "wish".

My hope is that all of you do well in the final-year exams.
My hope is that all of you will do well in the final-year exams.

I hope all of you do well in the final-year exams.
I hope all of you will do well in the final-year exams.
