There's a boy in my school, he's like one year or two older than me, but every time we meet, he stares at my belly button and that's not funny. How can I stop him from doing that?

Say hey dude stop staring at my belly button..that or cover up your belly button.
@1000Times,
Not going to judge you for the implied outfits you may or may not wear. I suspect you might be here trolling for those kinds of judgemental replies.
Have you considered pavlovian conditioning?
@Linkat,
I asked him dozens of time, but he persists. Also I have a boyfriend
Pull your shirt down or your pants up and ignore him.
@Mame,
Why would I cover my piercing?
@1000Times,

@Mame,
I don't like that he's never doing anything else

Do you think some strangers on the internet can get him to behave or stop? If he truly is bothering or harassing you, get some school staff (teachers or guidance counselors) involved.
@tsarstepan,
It begins to sound as though she wants him to move things along.

There's a glitch in the MATRIX.
@roger,
I just want him to leave me alone
